Numa-Fukurou Owl Amulet — Hikawa Shrine

Koenji Hikawa Shrine, also known as Numabukuro Hikawa Shrine, is a uniquely fascinating shrine — the only one in all of Japan that houses a Weather Shrine (Kisho Jinja) dedicated to the God of Weather.
